The Smoked Brisket taco is the newest player to crack our starting lineup. We marinade our brisket for 48 hours with ingredients such as honey, orange, lime & soy. After 2 days, we apply a simple dry rub of salt, pepper & cajun seasonings and put it in the smoker for 5 hours.
The meat is sliced then diced and folded into a flour tortilla with house made pickled onions, a carrot/corn/red cabbage slaw & Sriracha mayo.
This taco is packed with a smokey flavor that stays with so when you leave Citizen, you know you had good taco. Jordan. Game 6.
